High Temperature Insulation, Ceramic Heaters Insulations

Alumina ceramic fibre insulations can be use for extremely high temperature applications. Applications such as ceramic heaters insulations, furnaces, pipe insulations many other applications where high heat is involved.

Ceramic fiber can withstand temperature from 1000C to 1500C or higher. It is flexible and easy to cut into any shapes with a scissor or knife.

In the case of Mica Band Heaters and Ceramic Band Heaters manufacturing. The fibre insulations are used between the heater and the stainless steel shrout to prevent heat loss to unwanted heated side.
